Water is life

I was born in a city which grew out of seven islands. I grew up with the sea, never more than five minutes away from me. And we could see it from every window, smell it in the air, invite it into the island as the first monsoon rain... it was everywhere, yet water was often scarce.

Whatever the reason, I have always dreamt of water. And I have always photographed water. This blog is no more than an excuse for me to post my favourite photographs some place.
